1. Information on the Busy Nippers Party website www.busynippersparty.com.au relating to the Busy Nipper Party Packs Promotion, forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Every person who completes the Busy Nippers On-Line Quiz and provides a validated email address on the www.busynippersparty.com.au website, is automatically entered into the monthly draw. Completion of the On-Line Quiz, gives the customer one automatic prize draw per validated email address. There is a maximum of one entry per validated email address.
3. There will be 3 monthly draws. Each of the 3 winners will be entitled to select from either of the following:
- Their next Party Pack order, up to a maximum of 50 Party Packs, delivered free to any address within Australia.
- The refund of the total cost of their last Party Pack Order, up to a maximum of 50 Party Packs. This will be limited to the total Invoice value.
4. For the purpose of this Promotion, Party Packs are defined as the following:
- 50 Children’s Activity Bags
- 50 Party Invitations plus 5 extra Invitations that are usually included in the Party Packs.
- 50 Envelopes for the Invitations plus 5 extra Envelopes that are usually included in the Party Packs.
- 50 Party Balloons plus 5 extra Balloons that are usually included in the Party Packs.
5. This promotion will commence on Saturday 26 May 2012 and run until the 31 May 2013 with a draw on the last calendar day of each month by a random computerised draw between approximately 3pm and 7pm at Unit 1, 14 Kohl Street, Upper Coomera QLD 4209. The first draw will be on 30 June 2012 and the Promotion may be extended beyond 12 months at the sole discretion of Busy Nippers Pty Ltd.
6. All validated entries will receive an email confirming that they have successfully completed the on-line quiz. This email will include instructions for the validation of the email address. You will not be entered into the monthly draw unless you have successfully validated your email address.
7. All winners will be notified by email and the names of the 3 monthly winners will be posted on the www.busynippersparty.com.au website within 7 days of the draw. Winners must redeem their prizes within a 12 month period from the date of the draw.
8. Prizes will be delivered free within Australia all to winners based on agreed timing with the draw winner, provided the delivery is within a 12 month period from the date of the draw.
9. Busy Nippers Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of receiving the free Party Packs, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. From time to time, Busy Nippers Pty Ltd may contact you via email with exciting information and developments on our Party Packs. If at any time you would like your details removed from our data base, please follow the unsubscribe link in the email or separately email us at unsubscribe@busynippers.com.au
